When in Maryland, eat crab cake. Everyone has their own secret recipe and so do we. We take 5oz of the best Jumbo Lump crab meat , add just enough binder to hold it together, spice it up with our special blend of spices, and hope and pray it stays together. We don't add a ton of extra fillers or binders to make it "look" like a crab cake, ours is all crab. Whether you broil or bake, serve on a bed of greens or in a sandwich, with cocktail or tarter sauce, you will just love our crab cake. Four 5oz. cakes per box. Baking instructions included.
