Caroline's Inc. cannot accept returns of any food product due to federal regulations. We regret we cannot refund the purchase price of items which are fulfilled as specified in an order, but are not to the customers taste.
For non perishable items, we can only accept returns after we have been contacted and arrangements made in advance. We will not refund any order where are items are returned without prior approval.

Any item that is returned with evidence that it has been used will only be refunded a pro-rated amount as determined by Caroline's Inc. All items are inspected prior to shipment for damages or flaws, excepting for food items. Should your package arrive with physical damage, please give us a call at 888-801-2253 immediately.
